Advanced Websites Terms & Conditions
(a) Advanced website design by Siren is developed in WordPress using proven WordPress design themes that can be customized to spec, but the frameworks themselves are not 100% custom. Frameworks are based on templates.
(b) The only deliverables for the Advanced Website packages are found at https://www.sirendigital.co/advanced-web-design. Anything beyond the deliverables found here will not be provided. If the deliverables do not meet your needs, an advanced website by Siren may not be for you.
(c) The number of included monthly updates for your package can be found at https://www.sirendigital.co/advanced-web-design, These are in terms of sessions not to exceed one hour and are by request only.
(d) The commitment term for all Advanced Websites is 6 months at the monthly rate included in the Statement of Work. Early cancellation will include a penalty of 75% of the remaining dues to fulfill the 6-month commitment.
(e) After the 6-month commitment, the recurring charges will be reduced to $149/month and continue month-to-month unless another agreement is put in place, or the client requests discontinued support.
(f) Transfer of Ownership: At the end of the term length, the client will be provided full administrative access to the site, but not before the site is paid in full either by the completion date, or in advance.
(g) Siren Digital Marketing does not provide hosting for websites outside of our Small Business Website product, and it is the responsibility of the client to secure their own hosting. Siren has strategic partnerships with several hosting providers such as WP Engine, and can make recommendations upon request.
(f) Ultimately, content for the website is to be provided by the client. If the client needs help developing unique content for the site, Siren can provide this service for an additional charge. Please discuss the content plan with your project manager prior to development.
