Small Business Websites Terms & Conditions
(a) Small Business Websites are template-based websites and are not custom-built websites.
(b) The only deliverables for the Small Business Website packages are found at https://www.sirendigital.co/small-business-websites. Anything beyond the deliverables found here will not be provided. If the deliverables do not meet your needs, a Small Business Website is not a good solution for you.
(c) The number of included monthly updates for your package can be found at https://www.sirendigital.co/small-business-websites/small-business-websites, These are in terms of sessions not to exceed one hour and are by request only.
(d) The commitment term for all Small Business Websites is 6 months at the monthly rate included in the Statement of Work. Early cancellation will include a penalty of 75% of the remaining dues to fulfill the 6-month commitment.
(e) After the 6-month commitment, the recurring charges will be reduced to $149/month and continue month-to-month unless another agreement is put in place.
(f) Transfer of Ownership: At the end of the term length, the site can be transferred to the Client to the compatible platform of Duda upon their request. Information on Duda can be found at https://www.duda.co.
(g) The Small Business Website is a hosted website that requires the Siren Content Management System or Duda Content Management System and cannot be downloaded and uploaded to the Client’s own hosting environment.
